The one where the #team met a personal hero.

So here at DBIH, we are all super secret agent bloggers. Because of things like real school, real life, real jobs, and because we blog about the ridiculous, we’ve tried (a very little bit) to blog anonymously.

That ends (kinda) with this post.

Because on Sunday, a portion of the #team attended the National Equality March in Washington, DC and we an into someone we absolutely love in the crowd.

A few #team members with the original gangsta', @anamariecox

Yes. That is Ana Marie Cox.

And yes. That is her husband in the background, looking somewhat uncomfortable that his wife has fans. Apologies on #CQFail. We all unfollowed.

In the midst of the craziest part of a relatively crazy weekend, our very brief encounter with AMC was a highlight. And no, our subsequent run-in with Andy Cohen of Real Housewives of [Insert Middling Location] Reunion Special fame did not eclipse it.

The picture, and the moment, was too good not to share out of concern for anonymity.

P.S. Ana Marie – If, by chance, you have a Google Alert on your name and you see this, we promise we’re not creepy. We just like smart, awkward people. Like us. And you’re both in spades. Also, Jappy really wants to be your intern. Like a lot. Please leave a comment if you’re interested. Thanks.
