On December 7, District 4-A2 Governor Jim Bartleson signed the charter application, along with Jill Smythe, president of Charter Oaks Lions Club, and Guiding Lion Georgia Souza. The Charter was approved on December 22, 2009. For more details, visit http://visaliapridelionsclub.org
