Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Latino leaders and allies convene in the Central Valley
WHAT: California Rural Legal Assistance and the National Center for Lesbian Rights’ Proyecto Poderoso will be hosting the first-of-its-kind conference on community engagement and empowerment for California’s rural lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Latino community. Together with local and statewide coalition partners, including Equality California, the conference will inspire and train leaders to share their stories, build peer support networks and advocate for greater understanding of LGBT people and their families.
